Production & market support
Two locations. Distinct roles.
Thailand is the production location for the export program. Anaheim, California is the U.S. warehouse and final assembly location. The U.S. location should not be confused with the Thai production facility or used as evidence of customs origin.
Request the legal manufacturer’s identity, the Thai production-site address, and details of the work performed for your proposed model. Review those details alongside the actual configuration and shipment records.

02 · Production
Review what happens in Thailand.
Request the production steps, component sourcing, and relevant manufacturing records. A factory photo or a “made in” statement alone cannot answer every customs-origin question.

Match the records to the shipment.
Identify the model, configuration, battery, and intended use. Ask for applicable vehicle and battery documentation, then have your broker and relevant specialists review the proposed import path.
Origin & import review
Thailand production is the start of the review.
Production location, country of export, and U.S. customs origin are separate questions. Thailand production does not by itself establish an exemption from U.S. duties or AD/CVD measures.
Have your customs broker assess the specific facts, current trade measures, and supporting records before you commit to a landed-cost assumption. Road-use eligibility also requires a separate, model-specific review.
